Bought the 2023, hasn't bought the 2024. Craft the question live with the Opportunity Filter, or take the ranked ones the Insight Engine already produced.
Pick an opportunity and the pitch comes back written from that account's own attributes.
Every sample leaves with a rep, a product and a date on it.
One task per account — product named, rep assigned, dated.

The rule writes the task — authored once, firing from then on.
Poured it against the 2023 and the buyer preferred the drier finish. Wants a case for the by-the-glass list.
Follow-upMake winning shelves and menus a repeatable workflow for your sales teams.
Managers effortlessly set the right actions — sales reps execute at the right time.
Reps build their sales route, knowing exactly what to do, shaped by their managers and goals.
The rep opens the day and the plan is already built — every signal, at-risk placement, opportunity, program and open task distilled into one prioritized run. They edit it, work each stop, and write the order inside the visit. The queue has become a route.
Work arrives as a queue rather than a report. Every task is typed, dated, assigned and tied to the placement it is aimed at, with its comment thread on it — so a manager sets the work once and then sees done or not done, without chasing anyone for status. The company remembers, not the rep.
TYPED · DATED · ASSIGNED · COMMENTED — AND AGEING IN THE OPENWith the right actions coordinated, asks become coordinated deliverables.
The ask that opens a door — poured, and the outcome recorded.
Facings, on-hand and position, written back to the placement.
The floor sells what it knows. Pre-shift, by product.
Pull-through at the shelf, dated and assigned to a rep.
Cold box, end cap, facings — the set the chain agreed to.
By the glass and the cocktail list, when the menu turns.
The reorder nobody remembered. The rule writes it.
Anything else the field needs, still typed and still dated.
Give your reps and managers a live view of programs, in the same platform they have the tools to get the job done.

One expert's playbook runs on every account it fits — which accounts should carry a product, and what happens the moment one slips.
A rep opens an account and sees a short ranked list of what to sell there instead of the whole catalog. Each one carries the reason it surfaced, a pitch drafted for that account from its own attributes and the author's reasoning, and the name of the person whose insight put it there — so reps can work from the authors they trust. Nobody is hunting for the list.

This house already moves the estate white by the glass at a $$$ check average. The Reserve Cabernet gives that same table a premium red to trade up to, from a label the room already knows.
A rule is a trigger, a set of conditions, and an action. When an order lands or a placement changes status, the matching rule creates the task, assigns it to the rep who owns that account, and dates it. Nobody had to notice.
